Blade: Single edged blade of hand forged and clay hardened 1095 high carbon steel, polished and etched to bring out the hamon, and honed to a fine edge.

Handle: The handle is hand carved from Boxwwod in a Ringerike style design.

Mounts: The blade is fitted with a copper collar and polished buffalo horn guard with brass spacers

Sheath: The blade is housed in a hand carved walnut scabbard with a panel of Celtic interlace on each face.
