Blade: 4" single edged blade of 1075 high carbon steel in shobu-zukuri style clay hardened and polished to show the gunome hamon.

Mounts: The blade is housed in a minimalist aikuchi style mount, consisting of a faceted tsuka and saya cut from a single piece of Wenge hardwood separated by an oil-blued mild steel tsuba and brass seppas. The blade is fitted with a brazed copper habaki, and secured in the tsuka with a buffalo horn mekugi peg.
